positioning against Domino’s & Pizza Hut. Introduced
"just-in-time" commissary delivery program designed to
reduce store size by 40% and equipment costs by 50%.
Bulgaria
Evaluated
the potential for franchise development. Guided Bulgarian
principals in the successful acquisition of Bulgaria's first
Pizza Hut®
franchise. Carlsson consulted with Bulgaria's largest Hotel System
regarding development of innovative concepts on the Black Sea.

Romania
Participating with Overseas Private Investment
Corporation (OPIC) in structuring and negotiating
joint-venture opportunities to develop franchise systems with
